Caractères / symptômes
|
Déficit enzymatique (glucose-6-phosphate déshydrogénase) des globules rouges (érythrocytes). Lésions oxydatives des érythrocytes => anémie hémolytique persistante, hyperbilirubinémie;anomalies morphologiques des érythrocytes: eccentrocytose, pinocytose, anisocytose, macrocytose, corps de Howell-Jolly.
